I have had the privilege to work in full-time ministry since 2001. During that time, I have worked with two incredible men of God, leaders, mentors, Pastors. Much of what I write about comes from personal experiences, these writings reflect the heart beat of who I am. The genesis of this site comes from a passion to see other leaders survive and thrive on this wonderful journey we call ministry. As you can see, there are about a dozen or so categories that I will post to, with an occasional guest post from an “expert” in a particular field.
